Deactivating a portion size on the Portion Sizes page stops it being offered in the meal editor and on new menus, but prices and quantities already saved on a meal are only cleaned up the next time that meal is saved (portions that are no longer active are then removed from it). Open and save the affected meals, or re-activate the size if you still need it. Ingredient rows for retired portion sizes are also removed automatically on save.
