The business can require a complete delivery address (street, city, state, zip) before you can shop. If that's on, and your address is incomplete and you haven't checked "I only pick up," a Delivery Address modal appears automatically after login asking you to fill in the missing fields or check the pickup-only box. You can't dismiss it by clicking outside it or pressing Escape, but the modal does have a Close button and an X — using either of those closes it for that visit without saving anything, so it will simply reappear the next time you log in until you fill in an address or opt out.
