Sprwt links a Stripe payment to an order by matching the original charge to the order's stored payment reference, and links the customer by matching the Stripe customer ID to a Sprwt user. -- appears when that match fails - for example the charge was created outside Sprwt, the order was deleted, the payment was made as a guest without a stored customer, or (for very old payments) the link was stored under a different reference. The payment is still real and still counts in your balance; open it to see the card details and Stripe description, and use the Stripe payment ID from a payout's Transactions table to reconcile it.
