That message means this module has no options you're allowed to change: either the module genuinely has no configurable options, or every one of its options is flagged for Sprwt staff use only and stays hidden from regular admin users. Switching Theme: General > Page Builder - Mode between Easy and Advanced does not affect this particular message — that setting only hides some options within a panel that already has at least one client-visible option, it doesn't make this alert appear or disappear. If you see this, the module is simply display-only in the current version: you can still place it, move it, or remove it from the page, just not customize its content or style from the admin.
