Catering reports are built from checkouts already placed, not from the current menu selection — removing a meal from the Catering Menu only stops *new* orders for it; every report (Cooking Report, Meals Report, Ingredients, Category Breakdown, Drop-off, Labels) still reflects orders that were already checked out before you removed it. The Menu Breakdown Report is the one exception — it's built from meals currently on the catering menu for the selected dates, not from past orders.
