A few dropdowns have plan-dependent options. Modifiers Settings lists Recipe Swaps and Notes & Recipe Swaps only on the Base, Pro and Enterprise plans. Sprwt super-admin staff always see the complete option list regardless of plan, which is why a support agent may see options you do not.
