That warning appears when your account has no meal categories yet. Sprwt strongly recommends creating a few category types (Entrees, Breakfast, etc.) before building recipes, because categories power the storefront filters, header navigation, labels and the AI generator. The pop-up's description reads: "we notice you're trying to build a meal recipe without creating categories... we highly recommend you create a few meal category TYPES like Entrees, Breakfast, etc."

The pop-up has a Create meal categories button, but in the current version its link points to an admin URL that has no matching page, so clicking it may not take you anywhere useful. To actually create categories, go to Settings > Kitchen Settings > Meal Categories instead.
