Check the following, in order:

1. All required fields are filled. The badge only turns Active when every required setting has a value - for example Google Recaptcha needs both the Site Key and the Secret Key; Trustpilot needs the Data Template ID, Data Business Unit ID and Trustpilot URL; Yelp needs both the domain name and the API key.
2. The right kitchen. For per-kitchen settings, the badge on the main page reflects the kitchen you are currently working in.
3. Special rules. Stripe requires a live secret key (test keys keep it Inactive). Sprwt + Amazon Email System requires the address to be verified with Amazon. Shippo shows Sandbox rather than Active while the environment is set to test.
4. Module or plan. If the card's module is not enabled on your account, the window is empty and the badge stays Inactive no matter what is saved elsewhere.
5. Refresh the page - the badge is recalculated on load.
