A bag label is only generated when the bag contains at least one item (meal, by-the-pound, custom or extra) for the date. Empty bags – for example after all meals were moved to another bag or skipped – are skipped. Also check that you ticked the right group: Delivery Bags only prints bags on delivery orders for the chosen route, Pickup Bags only bags at the chosen location, and a specific bag type entry under Bags only that type (use All Bags Types to be safe). Catering/event bags are printed from the Catering Labels report instead.
