Every HR page requires an active location (kitchen) to be selected in the admin panel. If none is selected you are redirected to the admin home. You are also redirected when your role lacks the page's List permission (for example List Employees Schedule for the Schedule page), and the Employee Dashboard redirects anyone who is neither a super admin nor linked to an employee record on that location.
