The print pages for Delivery, Pick-up, Meals By Customer, Subscriptions, Lifetime Subscriptions and JTR Custom Tax are intentionally rendered in greyscale with zebra-striped rows, no cell borders and landscape orientation, so they are legible on any office printer and cheap to print in bulk. Colour is not an option on these print pages; if you need colour, export to Excel instead. Label sheets, by contrast, print in full colour (logo, category dots, route colours).
