Each report can be run against a different ordering group, chosen from the Meal Prep or Real Time menu group you open it from. The Meal Prep version counts every ordering module except Real Time and Catering orders. The Real Time version (only shown when you have the Realtime module) counts only real-time orders. Catering / event orders never appear in either – they have their own reports in the Catering group.

Two more differences apply to the Real Time version: it does not add retail-location stock to the quantities, and it does not include By The Pounds or Custom Meal Builder orders. Pick the group that matches the kitchen line you are planning.
