In the Meal Prep view the reports add the retail-location stock you set on the menu for those delivery dates. For every active retail location, the available stock entered per meal and portion size is added to the meal's quantity, and it appears in the Invoice Order Number column as a link such as Retail12 (the retail location) and in the Quantity Breakdown as its own line.

This is intentional: it makes the kitchen cook the meals destined for retail displays alongside customer orders. Deactivated retail locations are ignored so stale stock is not double counted. The Real Time view never adds retail stock.
