Some areas are included only in higher Sprwt plans – for example Business Intelligence / sales reports on lower tiers. Opening one of them shows the Upgrade page: oops!! Looks like you don't have access to this feature yet. You need at least Bloom plan to access this area. (the message always names the Bloom plan in the current version, regardless of which plan the feature actually requires), followed by feature highlights (Accounting, HR Tools, Real Time Ordering, Catering) and the plan cards above your current plan. Your current plan is set by Sprwt when the account is created; the plan names are Seed, Sprout (formerly Starter), Bloom (Base), Orchard (Pro) and Enterprise. Some of these BI reports can also be unlocked by an add-on module instead of a plan upgrade.
