The By Pounds - Items Counts and Custom - Items Counts fields that set how many Option slots appear live on an internal "GO Live" tool that only appears in the admin menu for Sprwt's own super-admin accounts (it sits under a "Super" menu section built for the Sprwt team, separate from the client onboarding wizard). A regular business owner or staff account cannot open that page. If you need an extra By The Pounds or Custom Meal Builder option slot, contact Sprwt support and ask them to raise the count for your account — they update it from that internal tool, which rewrites your site's base configuration, so it's best done during a quiet period and checked on the storefront afterward.
