Whenever Sprwt updates its Terms & Conditions, every admin user (except SuperAdmins and Onboarders) is shown a blocking acknowledgement modal on their next admin page load until they click OK — it can't be closed via the backdrop, Escape, or a close button, only by acknowledging. Once you click OK it's recorded against your account for that terms revision and won't show again until the next update.
