• Name empty: the Name field was blank or contained only spaces. Type a name and save again.
• Update Error: the plan could not be written. This is rare; reload the page and try again, and if it persists contact Sprwt support.

If you are sent back to the admin dashboard instead of seeing the form, your role lacks the Edit Membership Plans permission.
