The results message lists each failed line with a reason, for example: no email address on the row; not a valid email format; email over 45 characters; the email is already used earlier in the same file; the row has the wrong number of columns for the header; or the email already belongs to an existing account. Up to 50 individual row errors are listed; beyond that it just adds "… and N more".
