That is by design: sub-recipes inherit the union of their ingredients' allergens and dislikes. Changing them on an ingredient (form or inline) immediately rewrites the allergens and dislikes of every sub-recipe containing it, all the way up the chain. If a sub-recipe should not carry an allergen, remove it from the ingredient that introduces it or remove that ingredient from the sub-recipe.
