If a Menu Builder menu is active for the header, Sprwt renders that menu instead of the standard header, so Pages to show on header, Menu top position and the link names in Theme > Navigation are no longer used for the top bar (the footer list still follows your Theme > Navigation settings, since it does not check Menu Builder). Either edit the Menu Builder menu or deactivate it to return to the configuration-driven header. The kitchen-location selector bar is also replaced by the Menu Builder menu when one is active.
