Why did my CSV import report lines with errors?

A row is counted as an error only when it has a different number of columns than the header row (for example a blank trailing line, a stray comma, or a row that's missing a value). When you import from the zip codes page, the kitchen is always your currently-selected admin kitchen – any "resellerid" column in the file is ignored for that import, so a missing kitchen selection is not a cause here. If a row's state value doesn't match one of your states by its Abbreviation, the row can still be saved but without a usable state attached to it, so it won't show up correctly on your zip list. To avoid errors: download the template again, keep the header row intact, use the state's Abbreviation and the numeric route ID, and make sure every row has the same number of columns as the header, then re-import.
