If the store has Stripe: Enable 3DS turned on, some card charges require an extra bank-side verification step before they can complete — you'll be shown a secure confirmation prompt instead of an immediate success. If that verification fails, the checkout shows "Oops! Your payment didn't go through. For your security, the bank requires verification. Please try again with the same card or use a different payment method to complete your order." This is a Sprwt-managed setting, not one store admins can change themselves in Client Config.
