Common causes: (1) the item has not been saved yet, so the button is not shown; (2) the name is empty ("Please enter an ingredient name first"); (3) your Sprwt AI credit balance is below $0.07, which opens the no-credits pop-up or returns "API Error: Not Enough Credits Please Refill"; (4) no macros are configured in your account ("No active macros configured"); (5) the AI could not estimate the item and returned an error message, or its answer could not be read ("Error parsing AI response. Please try again."). Top up credits under Sprwt AI, check Settings > Kitchen Settings > Macros, then try again.
