When your cart already passes every minimum and doesn't need any further review (no Meal Pack still needs its meals selected), the store can be configured to send you directly from Cart to the Delivery/Confirm step instead of showing the in-between review page. This is controlled by "Show Review Page" in Client Config: set to "No," the site auto-redirects a qualifying cart past the review screen; set to "Yes" (the default), you always land on the review page first to double-check items before moving on.
