It should not: skipping clears and refunds the meals for that week so they leave every report. If a line still shows, the skip may have been recorded before this behaviour existed or the meals were added again afterwards. Open the order from the Invoice Order Number link on the Meals Report and refund/remove the meal lines; refunded meal lines are excluded automatically.
