When your bank reports a transaction as modified (typically a pending transaction that has now posted, sometimes with a new amount or description), the background sync rewrites the Sprwt transaction with the bank's latest details. In the current version that rewrite also resets the category to Uncategorized Income/Expense and clears the reviewed flag, so you will need to categorize and review it again. Marking transactions reviewed only after they have posted at your bank avoids most of this.
