The On/Off toggle refuses to go live while any block is invalid. Look for blocks on the canvas marked with a warning and open them: the panel lists what is missing, typically Field name is required!, Field subject is required!, Field delayValue is required!, Field smsNumberId is required!, or for conditionals Please select a condition type. / Please enter the link URL to track. / Please enter a wait time greater than 0. A conditional that is not placed after an Email or SMS block (so it has nothing to check against) also blocks activation. Fix each block, Save it, and try the toggle again – you will see Changes successfully saved.
