The Configuration item under Settings > Business Settings is only shown to roles that have the Configuration permission. Ask an administrator to open Users Roles, edit your role, and tick Configuration in the Business Settings permission group. After the change, log out and back in. If you type the address `/admin/configclient` without the permission, you are simply redirected to the dashboard.
