The campaign page requires, in order: a connected SMS account, a saved customer profile, a created A2P trust bundle, and that the trust bundle is in review or approved. If any of these is missing you are redirected to Sprwt SMS Profile Information. Finish tabs 1-5 there, then on tab 6 run the trust bundle evaluation and Submit For Review; as soon as it is in review the campaign page opens.
