These two settings exist, but they aren't exposed anywhere in the standard Settings screens for a store admin to change directly. In practice, this means your ordering cutoff is configured by Sprwt on your behalf during setup or by support — if you need it changed, contact Sprwt support rather than searching Settings for it.
