In the current version, the Catering Category Breakdown Report has a working page and its own permission, but it is not wired into the side menu or the reports list the way the other catering reports are — it's only reachable by typing its web address directly (with a date or date range) and having the matching permission. Treat it as an in-progress/unreleased report rather than a hidden setting.
