Inline price editing is enabled only for items whose cost is entered manually. A sub-recipe in automatic cost mode (Override Food COGS off) calculates its price from its ingredients, so the inline editor is disabled for it; either open the sub-recipe and turn on Override Food COGS, or change the prices of its ingredients. Inline editing of any field in the list (name, price, category, allergens, dislikes, stock, supplier) also requires the Edit Ingredients permission and is turned off while viewing the disabled/deleted-items filter.
