In the current version the FedEx option is not offered in the TAG dropdown (only In House Delivery, Uber Direct and Shippo). FedEx-specific fields on states, zip codes and bag types only appear once a route tagged FedEx exists, which is set up together with Sprwt support when the FedEx module is enabled. For self-service parcel shipping use the Shippo integration, which can also ship via FedEx.
