Each kitchen has a maximum number of active retail and wholesale locations, set in Client Config on the Retail tab: Max Active Retail Locations and Max Active Wholesale Locations (both default to 1). When you reach the limit:

• The + Add new button disappears from the list and a banner says You have N active retail location(s). To get additional locations please contact us at [email protected]. We charge $350 per additional retail location per month (shown as $50 for accounts on the no-fee arrangement), with a Click here to buy link to the Add-ons page.
• Saving a location as active beyond the limit fails with Have more active Retail Locations than N allowed (or ...Wholesale Locations...).

You can still create or keep locations as inactive, or deactivate one location to activate another. If the location is also a pickup point, the separate Max Active Pickup Points limit applies too (Have more active Pickup Points than N allowed).
