No pickup point is enabled for that weekday under Realtime Pickup Availability. Edit the pickup point, tick the weekday (only weekdays enabled at kitchen level under Realtime fulfilment are offered) and save. Also make sure pickups are allowed in general (Allow Pickups) and that the pickup point is active and assigned to the selected kitchen.
