Kitchen access is part of the user's role assignment. Users without a global profile only see the kitchens that are enabled for them in their user roles; kitchens they are not assigned to are removed from the selector and from every list. If such a user has no kitchen selected, Sprwt automatically picks the first kitchen they are allowed to see. Edit the user (Users > Edit, roles/kitchens section) to grant access to more locations. Inactive kitchens are never shown to anyone.
