In the current version those tabs contain no editable rows, so they are not shown. The old theme fields (banner title/subtitle/button, slider images, How-it-Works items, testimonials, CTA block, gift-card block, About title/description/image, Contact subtitle) belonged to the legacy Starter homepage theme. Sprwt sites now use the Page Builder: the homepage, About page and Contact page are edited under Website > Pages, where each block has its own title, text, image and button options. Only a few legacy values are still used as fallbacks by certain page templates when a block's own field is left blank.
