Each row's status pill uses a fixed color keyed to that status number: New is blue, Sent is yellow, Signed and Approved / Fully Paid / Completed are all the same green, and Rejected / Partially Paid's amber / Past Due / Archived use red-orange and amber tones. Because several statuses share the same color (for example Rejected, Past Due and Archived all render in the same red-orange), the colors work best as a quick "good vs. needs attention" scan rather than for telling every status apart at a glance — you'll still want to read the label for that. A lead that hasn't been turned into a proposal yet shows a New Lead pill in the list — it uses the same blue as the "New" proposal status, not a separate color. The colors are fixed by Sprwt and are not configurable from the admin panel.
