Those export buttons above the price table only render for super-admin users, or when an internal setting called Allow Export is turned on. In the current version this setting isn't assigned to any tab, so it does not show up on the regular Client Config page that account owners use — it can only be switched on from the System Config screen, which is restricted to Sprwt super-admins. If you're not a super-admin and need to export that table, ask Sprwt support to enable Allow Export for your account rather than looking for it yourself in Client Config. Alternatively, use the global Price Change Log page (/admin/planslog), whose Copy/CSV/Excel/PDF/Print buttons are always shown, with no such gating.
