Fee visibility is controlled by a Sprwt-side setting, Show client fees (PNL Report, Fees Report and Invoice):

• None – the Sprwt/Stripe processing fee lines, Total Merchant Processing Fees and Total Net are hidden entirely.
• Simple – the individual Service/Merchant/Sprwt fee lines are collapsed into a single Total Processing Fees (Paid by Customer) line in the revenue block and a single Total Processing Fees line in the deductions block; refund and dispute fees are still listed.
• Detailed – every fee line is shown separately, split by Paid by Customer and Paid by Kitchen.

Sprwt super admins always see the detailed view together with the underlying percentages. If you need more detail than you see, ask Sprwt support to change this setting for your account.
