Those two sections belong to plain Pickup Locations (Delivery Settings): they control on which weekdays meal-prep customers can pick up there and which ordering modules may ship to the point. On retail and wholesale locations they are hidden because fulfilment is governed by Retail/Wholesale Fulfilment Days and Grab&Go Open Days instead. If you mark a retail/wholesale location as Is a Pickup Location?, Sprwt still saves the module and weekday settings behind the scenes (defaulting to the kitchen's online days), but you cannot edit them from this form.
