Why am I sent back to the admin dashboard when I open a sales report?
Two causes:
- Missing permission – your user role lacks the Sales-group permission for that report (for example Taxes or Profit & Loss). An account owner can enable it under user roles.
- Profit And Loss without Accounting – the P&L report requires the Accounting module; without it you are redirected even if the permission is set.
Opening /admin/stats/ with an unknown report name simply redirects to Gross Sales.
