The per-message rate ("Charged / message") and any complimentary credit are managed by Sprwt staff on the super-admin SMS Balance page. There they can enter a Credit to add (logged as Added By Super Admin, not charged to you), edit the Charge per message rate used for future deductions, and review a billing reconciliation (charged vs. credit given vs. consumed vs. carrier cost). Business admins cannot change the rate; contact Sprwt support if you believe it is wrong.
