Access is controlled by individual permissions your admin roles are granted (Settings > Roles): Catering Dashboard needs the "Catering Dashboard" permission, Catering Settings needs "Catering Settings," the Catering Menu builder needs the permission labeled "Create menus," Labor & Equipment needs "Create Events Expenses," and each catering report has its own permission (e.g. "Catering Cooking Report," "Catering Inventory List"). Some catering pages also require your user to be scoped to an active kitchen location: the Catering Menu builder and Labor & Equipment both redirect you home if no kitchen location is active, while the Catering Dashboard and Catering Settings will still load and show account-wide data if you aren't scoped to one location.
