If the page module's Send Submitted Data By Email option is on, Sprwt sends the "new lead" email (template admin_email_client_new_lead, containing the form name, page and answers) to your Business email (Business settings > Client Email). No SMS or customer confirmation email is sent by the form itself. The submission is always saved in Results regardless of the email setting. To notify additional people, set up an Email Marketing automation on the form or forward from your business mailbox.
