Two role permissions control the Plans area (Users > Roles, group Kitchen Settings):

• List Meals Plans — needed to open the plans list.
• Edit Meals Plans — needed to open a plan, create one, or add/edit prices.

The Plans page also requires an active kitchen location to be selected in the admin (the menu entry is marked as needing a location). If no location is active, or you lack the permission, Sprwt silently redirects you to the admin dashboard. The Subscriptions module must be part of your Sprwt package for the menu entries to exist at all.
