Two role permissions in the Kitchen group control this: List Ingredients lets a user open the Ingredients and Sub-Recipes lists, and Edit Ingredients lets them open the add/edit form, edit values inline in the list, upload sub-recipe CSV files and change ingredient stock. Users without Edit Ingredients are sent back to the admin home when they try to open an item. Related lists have their own permissions, most of them grouped under Kitchen Settings in the roles editor: List/Edit Ingredients Meals (Ingredient Categories), List/Edit Allergens, List/Edit Dislikes and List/Edit Sub-Recipe Groups. A few sit in their own groups instead: List/Edit Units (Units group), List/Edit Suppliers (Suppliers group), List/Edit Vendors (Vendors group), List/Edit Stock Management (Retail group) and List/Edit Stock Management Justification (Business Settings group).
