Transactions belong to the business location (reseller) that was active when they were created or imported, and the Transactions page, dashboard KPIs and auto-categorization rules only show the currently active location's data. Connected bank accounts are also tied to the location that linked them. If you run several locations, switch locations using the location switcher in the admin panel to work on each ledger; a user's Accounting permissions are role-based and apply on whichever location they can access.
