Access is controlled per user role in the permission groups:

• List Meals opens the Meal Recipes list; Edit Meals is needed to open the editor, save, clone, or upload meals by CSV.
• Meals Prices unlocks the Meal Prices grid.
• List Extras / Edit Extras and List Products / Edit Products (Product Permissions) cover Extras and Products; List/Edit Product Categories covers product categories.
• List/Edit Categories Meals covers both Meal Categories and Meal Categories Groups.
• List/Edit Macros, List/Edit Portion Sizes, List/Edit Container Types, List/Edit Bag Types cover the settings pages.
• Addons Groups covers add-on groups.
• Sprwt AI and Buy AI Credits cover the AI page and credit purchases.

Most AI actions and the bulk delete/restore of meals additionally require an admin-level account. If you lack a permission you are redirected to the admin home page or see "Invalid Permissions!".
