Any logged-in admin/staff account (a user with an admin role) can open the Root Planner export page, the Sync Report and the Root Deliveries page — there is no dedicated "view" permission. Two things are restricted:

• Editing, deleting or cancelling stops/routes on the Root Deliveries page requires the role permission Manage Root Delivery Stops (edit / delete / cancel) (group Root Deliveries in Users Roles). Super admins have it automatically; everyone else only sees the read-only tables and the export checkboxes.
• The Root Planner Version setting (Development / Beta / Live) is only on the system Config page, which is limited to super admins.

If you have no admin role you are sent to the customer home page instead.
